Is Whole Wheat Safe For Me

You may have come across someone telling you that white bread is not exactly good for you. That I must tell you is the truth. yes. That may sound surprising for some as whole wheat is something that’s believed to be healthy and has been integrated within our diets whether its cereal, bread or white pasta. The massive advertising of the giants of the food manufacturing industry is actually covering up the fact that whole wheat is not safe your health. Read on to know why!

While 2 slices of whole wheat toast made my blood sugar spiked from 86 fasting level to 155, a bowl of oatmeal only increased my blood sugar level from 86 fasting level to 112. This means, more AGEs are formed inside your body when you eat a wheat-based food. Unfortunately, most people eat wheat in every meal as they think it’s totally safe.
