This book is a compilation of my favorite recipes which I have collected over time from different cookbooks and online sources. These are the foods that I have tested and have found out to be effective in my weight loss goals.
Losing weight does not have to mean that you are stuck with bland, tasteless food. In fact, some of the recipes here are actually quite tasty. This recipe book will show you that you can enjoy delicious meals while losing the extra pounds at the same time. It is important that you have variety in your meals so you don’t get bored with the same foods over and over. I would highly encourage you to try one of the recipes in this book per week.
When preparing your meals, you should always follow the principles that you have learned in Your New Body Blueprint Manual. As much as possible, always buy raw organic meat, poultry, eggs, fish, vegetables, fruits, nuts and oils.
Make sure your meats are antibiotic- and hormone-free. Poultry and fish should be free-range and wild. Produce should also be pesticide- and herbicide-free. Always use unrefined, unprocessed sea salt in your cooking. Oils should be cold-pressed. Nuts should be purchased raw not roasted.
Portion sizes and servings vary from person to person so make sure to eat the right amount of serving. Adjust the recipe portions according to your needs and required daily calorie intake.
Always drink a glass of water with each of your meals. Drink 1⁄2 your body weight in ounces of water a day. You are also allowed to take green tea. It has numerous beneficial antioxidant properties, speeds up weight loss and is less acidic than Coffee.
Remember, fresh, whole, natural food is always best. It is healthier and it will give you more energy. So enjoy!
